Nicole Ferguson

Nicole Ferguson qualified in Nutrition & Body therapies in Sydney Australia in 2006, Colon Hydrotherapy at the London College of Colonic Hydrotherapy in 2008 and as a Herbal Medicine practitioner at CNM in London in 2015. She is the founder of the Bodyworks Practice and has been working in the health industry for over 18 years.

Nicole started off in 1999 as a YMCA trained Personal Trainer in London and Surrey. From working with a variety of different clients she discovered the world of many diets, which grew her interest in nutrition and how food effects the body. Having a keen interest in natural therapies Nicole then moved to Australia for the best part of 4 years and studied to become a Nutritionist, Advanced certified Iridologist, and massage therapist.

After returning back to the UK, a few years later in 2008 Nicole studied to become a Colon Hydrotherapist at the London School of Colonic Hydrotherapy. This college is accredited by ARCH – The Association of Registered Colonic Hydrotherapists, to which Nicole is a member of. Nicole has since then undertaken the Post-Graduate certificate in Colon Hydrotherapy and many other courses.

In 2010 Nicole undertook a course in Functional Medical Testing which uses lab testing to try to get to the root cause of underlying health conditions. This is used by many practitioners now and can often save clients time and money in the long run. Nicole continues short courses on FMT to keep her skills up to date.

In 2015 Nicole completed a 4 year Degree level, Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy Certification at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine CNM.

Nicole is now able to share her knowledge and understanding with her clients at her own home based busy practice – The Bodyworks Practice, Shoreham, West Sussex.

Nicole is interested in educating her clients on health and well being so they can take control of their own lives.

Nicole’s main areas of focus are, digestive issues and conditions, fertility and female hormone health. Having had difficulties with these areas herself she understands how hard it can be. Nicole is now pleased to say her digestion is the best it has ever been and after some time and real heart ache Nicole now has 2 happy healthy young boys.

Which leads us on to say, that between running a busy clinic from the side of her house and having a young family Nicole does still manage to keep up to date on her focus areas each year but, but is not able to keep posting on social media or keep blogging just yet. She admires those working mummies who do.
