Cancelation Policy
We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full appointment fee being retained.
If you need to reschedule and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to a new appointment date. The rescheduled appointment must take place within three months of the original booking date.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (non-attendance) will result in the full fee being charged and the appointment being forfeited. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms
