Mary Berry Christmas

“Christmas is a togethery sort of holiday” said Pooh “That’s my favourite kind” said Piglet, “Togethery and Remembery”

So, as the year draws to a close it is a chance for all of us at Bodyworks to wish you all a very Mary Berry Christmas and a Paul Hollywood New Year. It is odd what the mind thinks up when trying to be creative isn’t it! That was the first thing that sprung to mind when attempting to be a little visionary and imaginative. I think it worked, you’ll will have to be the judge on that one dear reader. It is somewhat biased for an individual to rate his or her own work me thinks.

I do strongly predict however that a number of you have either given or will receive ‘Great British Bake Off’ items this year. In fact on my last glance the Bodyworks bookies have it as 4/1 which ironically the same odds as it being a white Christmas this year in London!

As we started with something short, cuddly and beary I thought it would only be fit to end with the same wonderful character that bought so much joy into my life as a child.

“The more it snows (Tiddely pom),

The more it goes (Tiddely pom),

The more it goes (Tiddely pom),

On snowing. And nobody knows (Tiddely pom),

How cold my toes (Tiddely pom),

How cold my toes (Tiddely pom),

Are growing.”

Winnie the Pooh

Don’t forget we are open until tomorrow afternoon at 1pm if you still need to buy any Bodyworks Vouchers. If you are off work (or simply want to escape the chaos that has descended on your abode) and want to book in a treatment we are also open between Crimble and New Year too:

  • Saturday 27th December 10am-4pm
  • Monday 29th December 1pm-7pm

All the very best to you and your families.
