Hay fever sufferers experience sneezing, coughing, wheezing, itchy eyes and back of throat, watery eyes, swelling and inflammation of the nasal passages, and an increase in mucous production. Very sensitive individuals may experience hives and rashes too. Patients can often feel fatigued, restless and sometimes lose their appetite.
