Nicole Ferguson is the founder of The Bodyworks Practice in Shoreham, West Sussex, and has over 26 years of experience in the wellness industry. She specialises in gut health, offering personalised colon hydrotherapy and naturopathic consultations designed to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and address the root causes of many health concerns.

Nicole began her career as a YMCA-certified Personal Trainer in 1999 before studying Nutrition and Body Therapies in Sydney, Australia, where she also trained as an Advanced Iridologist and Massage Therapist. She later qualified as a Colon Hydrotherapist at the London College of Colonic Hydrotherapy and is a member of ARCH.

Nicole also holds a degree-level qualification in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy from CNM London and uses functional testing and natural therapies to help clients restore balance and take control of their health.

Nicole is currently expanding her knowledge by studying Nutrigenomics, exploring how nutrients can influence our genetic expression and long-term health.
