Herbal Medicine
What is herbal medicine?
Herbal medicine uses plants for medicine to help get the body back into balance. It has been used for thousands of years all over the world. Many of our common pharmaceutical medicines are derived from herbs.
Many forms of herbal medicine can be applied, the most common is orally with either tinctures (alcohol based), powders, capsules or the whole dried herb.
Each remedy is custom made according to what is discussed in your consultation.

The initial consultation lasts up to 1 hour. You will go over your full health history and lifestyle choices. From this, a plan will be created.
It is usual to have a follow up consultation to re-asses your complaints after 1-3 months.
If you have had any recent tests (the last 3 months) carried out with your doctor it is best to bring these along with you. I may advise you to get some further functional medical testing carried out.
