I came to Bodyworks and saw Karl with a complaint of chest pain that my GP wasn't interested in as my heart had checked out satisfactorily. This condition was upsetting and adding to my already stressful job and lifestyle, Karl was fantastic and really took time to understand me and my problems and he was able to find and treat the root cause cause of my problem which was muscular. After three sessions at Bodyworks I'm a changed man and I cant thank Karl enough nor praise Bodyworks more highly. DF        

A highly professional experience. Being a very keen cyclist, covering over 100 miles a week, I had developed an uncomfortable crick in my neck, making it very uncomfortable to turn and look over my left shoulder and move my left ear towards my left shoulder (looking right was fine as I spend most of my time looking out for traffick this side). I saw Laurence for 2 Osteopathic treatments and was amazed at the range of movement I now have again. I am able to look, pain free, with no crunching noises, over both shoulders. I no longer have to rotate my whole body to look left, I no longer get the burning sensation in my left shoulder and neck and I am able to sleep more soundly. Laurence gave me some homework to do (simple stretches that I could easily incorporate into my everyday life) and suggested I only come back when I felt it was necessary, not every week for the next 3 months, like some other back care specialists I have seen.
The whole experience, from the moment I walked (painfully) through the door, to the moment I left (pain free) was excellent, I cannot recommend Laurence enough. KM

Wow- what an experience. I have recently completed the 7 day total cleanse programme and feel terrific. I had started the year feeling quite ill having rather overdone things during the festive period. I turned to Nicole, had an initial colonic and then embarked upon the 7 day programme. My primary goals were to clear out my system and to pave the way for a transformation in my future eating habits. It definitely cleared out my system though I will spare you the details. And, it has inspired me to change my way of eating- I have now been wheat, caffeine, dairy and red meat free for three weeks and have significantly reduced my sugar, alcohol and fat intake. I was also interested in losing some weight so was delighted at shedding 14lbs during the week (though I should say half of that came back the following week once I started eating again- which was no great surprise). I have lost count of the number of people complimenting me on how great I look. My skin feels fantastic, I have a really healthy glow, I am sleeping like a baby and feel strong and full of energy and vitality. Nicole was superb throughout and Karl was very helpful too. Thoroughly supportive and interested in my progress and full of tips and ideas. She also did an Iridology session with me which, pardon the pun, was a massive "eye opener". Overall, I would thoroughly and without hesitation recommend it to anyone. The thought of it, admittedly is not great. However, once you overcome this, the practicalities are actually fine. At no time did I feel hungry during the week, a little bored, yes but never hungry. So, whatever your motivation, have a go and enjoy the benefits for yourself. DH

For some time now i have been feeling really lethargic, tired and fed up with my body and lifestyle, christmas eating and drinking was my final straw... It was time to get rid of all that nasty junk inside me and start fresh, i need to cleanse my kidneys, my liver and try and start and new healthy regime, I called bodyworks and without even thinking about it i booked my 3 day total cleansing and colonic. The first few hours where hard but i enjoyed the challenge and i knew how good i would feel after. For my birthday, my family treated me to my first experience of deep tissue massage with Nicole. It left me feeling so good that I booked immediately for a series of massages......Over a year later I'm still seeing Nicole. Her knowledge of the human body and suggestions of natural remedies to ease/improve certain conditions, we tend to live with because we think it's normal, is amazing. I love being massaged and have been to several different therapists but Nicole beats them all hands down!! No one else will do!! I have for years struggled to try and find somewhere...somebody...who gives a good deep tissue massage to alleviate the tension I get in my shoulders and neck and my lower back ache. Nicole is superb - her knowledge of massage and the human body meant she found and worked on resolving what was causing my lower back ache. And with Laurence the osteopath my spine and muscles are now moving so much more freely. I leave every session, whether it's with Nicole or Laurence, feeling so much more relaxed and awake, not lethargic at all, and with limited tension and aching if any at all. I've been a regular client of Bodyworks in Sutton and now in Nork at their new and much more comfortable premises on the "high street" just by the Fir Tree Road junction. Colonic Hydrotherapy is not the most comfortable of procedures, but Nicole takes the embarrassment out of it (well, at 57 it's something very, er, unusual!) and is sensitive to the intrusive nature of what she does, as gently as possible. And it works! I'm 3kg lighter and have lost the lethargy I had. Life is better. I can't recommend it enough. PC
