Iridology at the Bodyworks Practice enables you to learn about your health and behavioural traits via the study of the iris of your eye. Similar to Reflexology (please see Reflexology), iridologists believe all your body organs and systems are mapped out onto your iris and their current health status may be shown.  Personality traits and behavioural patterns may also seen within the eye.

The Iridology Assessment

 

 

Our Iridologist uses a magnifying glass and a specialist camera to see and take close up photos of the iris of the eye. It is non-invasive and you will usually be shown the photo of your iris on a screen. Our iridologist will the go through with you markings presenting in your eye with an explanation for each both physical and psychological.

 

 

You will be given specific advice according to the findings in your iris to specifically help you improve your health. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are offered to help you reach optimal health.

Nicole Ferguson M.A.C.H., R.T. M.G.N.I is the co-owner and head therapist at The Bodyworks Practice, she qualified as a Nutritionist and Iridologist in Sydney, Australia in 2005.
